Wyman Piano 10-Year Limited Warranty

This transferable warranty sets forth all of the responsibilities of the Wyman Piano Company, regarding this
instrument. This is the only one you will receive, and there are no other warranties, expressed or implied.

THE WARRANTY: This transferable warranty on your new Wyman Piano covers defects in materials or workmanship. It begins on the date of delivery and is as follows:
  1. Parts Warranty: Wyman Piano Company will provide the parts necessary to repair or replace any defective parts for a ten-year period. Any repaired or replaced parts will be warranted for the unexpired portion of this warranty, plus the time required to make repairs.
  2. Labor Warranty: Wyman Piano Company will provide, or arrange for service (labor) to correct defects in materials or workmanship for a ten-year period free of charge.
  3. Lifetime Soundboard: The Wyman Tri-Phonic™ Soundboard is warranted for the lifetime of the piano against splitting or cracking.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO: Any problem with your Wyman piano can be usually be repaired locally. You should notify your Wyman dealer of any defect covered by this warranty. Within a reasonable period of time (not more than 30 days) the dealer will send a representative to inspect the instrument and repair it at that time, if possible.

If a warranty defect remains uncorrected 30 days after you first contact your Wyman dealer, you should notify Wyman Piano Company. At its discretion and without charge to you, Wyman Piano Company will either:
A. Send the piano back to an authorized Wyman repair facility, repair it within 100 working days for a vertical piano or 150 days for a grand piano, and return it back to you.
- OR -
B. Replace the piano with another piano of similar style and/or value within 60 working days.
CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover routine tuning or adjustments to the keys and action, which may be required because of normal wear. It does not cover damage due to lack of maintenance or improper care. This warranty does not apply to incidental or consequential damages which are incurred as a result of a defect. This warranty is applicable to the commercial use of the piano except where a defect has occurred because of the type of wear resulting from heavy commercial usage. This piano warranty does not apply to:
  1. A piano purchased from any source other than an authorized Wyman dealer.
  2. A piano whose serial number has been altered or removed.
  3. Damage resulting from structural modifications or extraordinary use due to the installation of an automatic player mechanism, unless installed at the Wyman factory or by certified Wyman CD Piano System installers.
  4. Damage resulting from the improper installation or improper use of climate control accessories.
Implied warranties are limited to the duration of the expressed warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so this limitation may not apply to you. Some states also do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion or limitations may not apply.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is made by Wyman Piano Company, P.O. Box 218802, Nashville, TN 37221 USA, and your local Wyman dealer.
