PRESS RELEASE: for immediate release
Wyman pianos were on display at the Piano Technicians Guild 47th Annual Convention and Technical Institute recently held in Nashville June 29 to July 2. Over 750 registered piano technicians from all over the United States had an opportunity to view new Wyman pianos during the four-day convention. For many PTG Technicians, this was the first time they were able to experience the quality and performance of Wyman pianos first hand.
The company exhibition featured the new Wyman Pianoforte 5' 7" grand piano, Model WG170 polished ebony, as well as the new Wyman 48" vertical piano, Model WV120 polished ebony, also equipped with a unique new slow close fallboard system. Both new pianos are part of the new Wyman line that is comprised of four grand models and six vertical models.
George Benson, National Sales Manager for Wyman Piano Company said, "We wanted to take our pianos directly to the piano technicians so they could experience the quality of workmanship and sound of our pianos."
"Piano technicians were enthusiastic about our pianos and were further impressed when they learned Wyman pianos are entry-level instruments," said Tim Laskey, Wyman president.
